WHAT ARE YOUR WORKOUTS LIKE?
My main focus is on performance enhancement. Whether participating in competitive sport or not, I feel your body should work as good as it looks. This means full body workouts in most situations with athletic-based moves. Modifications will be made based on individual experience, injury status/history and goal(s).
I'M NOT AN ATHLETE. IS YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?
My programs help athletes, former athletes, and non-athletes reach their goal(s). Just because you're not currently a competitive athlete or ever were, doesn't mean you can't become more athletic in your daily life.
I'M A BEGINNER TO FITNESS. DON'T I NEED TO TRAIN ON MY OWN FOR A FEW MONTHS?
Absolutely not. Many people have signed up with no prior training experience. Experienced or not, your training program will be appropriate for your fitness level and progressed accordingly. Training the right way from day 1 will speed up results and probably take you further than you thought possible.
I WANT TO TRAIN IN A SMALL GROUP. AM I RESPONSIBLE TO FILL OPEN SPOTS? ALSO, IS EVERYONE ON THE SAME WORKOUT?
While my business is based largely on referrals and word-of-mouth, no, you aren't. However, your friends and family are always welcome. No matter what service offering you choose, your workout program will be specific to your individual needs, differences and goal(s).
HOW MANY TIMES/WEEK SHOULD I TRAIN?
Ideally, 2-3 times/week to see the best results. Guided workouts via the Trainheroic app are provided if you're unable/don't want to train together more than 4 times/month.
CAN I DO ADDITIONAL WORKOUTS AT THE GYM ON MY OWN?
Yes. Any additional workouts can be done on your own within the allotted hours of Hank's Gym, Sunday-Saturday.
