I offer multiple fitness services that may suit your individual preference(s).  One-on-one personal training is for those who want/need the attention of a personal coach.  If you're willing to share the time with other athletes/clients, small group training might be a good fit.  And finally, remote (online) training/programming for diy or living too far away to train in-person.
