Your program will address all areas of fitness, including: flexibility/mobility, power, strength, conditioning and nutrition. This is all done with consideration for your available time commitment, functional movement screen (done at consultation), ability level, and obviously, your fitness goal(s).
I also understand making the commitment to work out is difficult. No doubt you have a bunch of questions about working with a Houston personal trainer. Will I fit in? Will I be appreciated after the sale? Am I going to like the service? Will I stick with the fitness plan?
